How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are sent out on the same day if it is received before 5.00pm. Orders should be received within 48 to 72 hours with the united Kingdom.  Orders received after 11.00a.m on Saturday will be sent out on Monday or the following working day where there is public holiday. The orders are sent by first class recorded post. It will require signature before collection. Orders outside the United Kingdom are sent by international signed for and the delivery of the item depends on the country customer resides in. We are currently running a postage promotion of 99P to a £1.99 depending on the number of items order to anywhere in the WORLD.

How do I order place special order?

Tell us about what you would like to order in the email, once we confirm that the shoes can be ordered or re-order we will confirm by email and you can then pay. No order will be delivered without payment.

What if I need an urgent delivery?

Where urgent delivery is required we can send it out by special delivery post, next day guarantee delivery. Other methods of delivery can be arranged as long as the method of delivery charge will be paid for at your end. We will do our best to assist you.

UK size 9 is European size 43 and American size 11.

UK size 10 is European size 44 and American size 12.

UK size 11 is European size 45 and American size 13.
