Question 2 (Return Policy) What do I do if the shoes don’t fit? If the shoes don’t fit, email us immediately, return it in the same package as sent, in the same condition, we will sent you a larger size. If you are not happy you can return the shoes to us within 14 days unworn and a refund cheque will be sent to you within 10 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. |

Question 1(Postage) How soon will I receive my order? Orders are sent out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders should be received within 48 to 72 hours in the united Kingdom. Orders received after 11.00a.m on Saturday will be sent out on Monday or the following working day where there is public holiday. The orders are sent by first class recorded post. It will require signature before collection. Orders outside the United Kingdom are sent by international signed for and the delivery of the item depends on the country customer resides in.
